This policy explains what Stellas collects and why. It applies to this website only.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address and phone number; the recipient's name, phone number and delivery address; the delivery date, occasion, gift message and any delivery instructions you give us.
- Messages: the name, email address and message you send through our contact form or email signup.
- Basic technical data: a one-way, irreversible fingerprint of your network address, used only to stop spam and abuse of our forms.
What we never collect
We never see or store your card details. Payments are taken on Square's own secure checkout, and Square handles card data under its own privacy policy and PCI compliance.
How we use it
- To design, prepare and deliver your flowers.
- To send order confirmations, receipts and delivery updates.
- To reply to your messages.
- To send occasional seasonal emails, only if you asked to receive them.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the shop: Square for payment processing and receipts, our email provider for sending confirmations and replies, and our website hosting and database provider for storing orders securely. Each processes your information on our behalf and is not permitted to use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. Contact messages are kept while they are useful for supporting you, and deleted on request.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — subject to records we must keep for tax. You can unsubscribe from seasonal emails at any time. To make any of these requests, use our contact form.
Cookies and analytics
This site stores your shopping cart in your own browser so it survives a page refresh. If website analytics are enabled, they are used only to understand which pages are useful — never to identify you personally.
Children
This website is intended for adults placing flower orders. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
